Made from the kanayamidori cultivar, which is normally used for creating a creamy, full-bodied sencha. Matcha made from this cultivar is quite rare, but we find it to be delicious! The creamy body still carries through, alongside a chocolatey finish and delicate top notes of guava and orchid.
This tencha has been farmed with entirely natural methods, with no sprays or chemical fertilizers of any kind, resulting in a complex, bright and aromatic matcha!
