Collection: Rare Matcha

Occasionally our buyer in Japan comes across rare and interesting cultivars he'll send our way.  Sometimes we'll mill the leaves and serve the matcha as is and other times we'll create unique blends to share with our customers.  Matcha found in this collection is often available for only a few months.
