This is one of my new favorite teas very interesting flavor profile mellow and sweet not the least bit grassy flavor very happy
From nose in the tin of milled tea to nose above a chawan of brewed tea, a simply creamy aroma.
I love that the matchas are all ground to order, are thoughtfully sourced, diverse in range of flavors, and are, without exception, delicious....
I like to make this with saffron i like the way they mix so delicious. I had never heard of white Matcha before but now I can’t imagine my life without it. It was so delicious a little more mild but I love it.
The taste is a bit shocking, notably bitter, but the qi is pure and it's fascinating to taste a bit of history here.
She was completely surprised and loved everything about it including the gift box. She no longer has to use makeshift utensils from the kitchen which makes her and her mother happy. I also ordered a sample of the Matcha which she says is much better than what she buys from the local grocery store.

I bought this on a whim after a google search for matcha and I am so happy to stumble upon this company. The matcha is delicious, a beautiful green color, it is very smooth, absolutely no bitterness and you can tell how fresh it is. I will be ordering again and again.

I have been involved with traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony for over 50 years. This Tea was delicious!
The aroma of the matcha as I poured hot water on it was green and slightly earthy. The bright green hue marked its quality. Had a sweet taste for what it is, a unique taste in it of itself. Strong, but with a little more water it balances it out. Left calm but energetic after drinking.
Bought this as a Valentine’s gift. Well worth it!
This matcha is hands down my favorite matcha I have had in YEARS! This matcha is smooth and creamy with little to no bitterness at the end!

So creamy and soft. Has such a vibrant color and blends so well with coconut milk for a latte.
I consider myself quite particular about matcha when it comes to taste and texture and color. I’ve tried many brands and varieties (although I haven’t yet visited Japan- one day), and River and Stone is by far the highest quality. Highly recommend!

This variation is great as it works so well with my homemade syrups and has just the perfect amount of floral and buttery notes. I tried the mini set of cultivars first to see what I liked and had to get this one in full size!
