All of our matcha is milled from the highest quality tencha we can find, with an emphasis on celebrating the diversity of flavors possible in tea and supporting sustainable farming. As a result, our standards for what we mill are incredibly strict.

We import the tencha ourselves and store it here, in Minnesota, until we need to use it. Then we mill all of our matcha tins-to-order, to maximize their complexity, smoothness, and health benefits.
